Hotel was clean and welcoming. Always smelt lovelies in reception, it was warm and felt cosy in reception. Didn't try breakfast so can't comment. Room was at the front of the hotel. No view, but I wasn't expecting one. Good price for a w night stay, central location and could park. Only 4 out of 5 due to shower, pressure was poor, and the hose was not really long enough to be able to fully stand in the shower although hot. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Stayed for one night while visiting Geneva. Reception was nice but our room was tatty and tired with the wall paper coming off and scuff marks up the walls. It was clean and the bed comfortable. It was fine for our needs for one night but would probably not stay again. Mediocre 3 star.

This really is a great hotel, we stayed for a long weekend in January. This is a 3 star hotel but feels better than that. The rooms are a good size, well decorated and beds were comfortable. My partner cannot eat gluten and we emailed ahead to ask if breakfast would be ok. When we told the breakfast staff our room number they told us we needed a gluten free breakfast, now that’s the attention to detail that makes this hotel a great find. All reception staff were lovely and helpful too. As others have said it is a great location for both the train station and the main attractions of the beautiful Geneva. Cannot speak highly enough about this hotel.

Great location - close to central train station. They are offering free travel tickets when you arrive. Good value for money. Breakfast I would not take again - they were not bad, but pricey and you can eat for example in Filomena for 2/3 of the price. Stuff and ladies at reception were very helpful. We used storage of the bags last day. Disadvatades - beds are not supercomfy, in bathroom you can hear practicaly everything from other rooms and no views from window.

This is a well located hotel and had helpful staff. They offer a free Geneva transportation pass which is very handy. There is a small organic fruit and vegetable market next door and several options for eating nearby. Not far from Lake Geneva, the train station and the bus station. My only complaint was that the cleaning staff moved our stuff...almost lost something they had moved to a bottom shelf in the bathroom.
